PREFERRED OWNER TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Revised 04/26/12 Preferred Owner Card Norman Frede Chevrolet is proud to announce our Preferred Owner Program. With every customer pay labor and parts dollar you spend in our service or parts department, we will apply 2%, less tax, to your Preferred Owner Card in the form of award dollars. You can use your award dollars to purchase goods and services at Norman Frede Chevrolet. This is at no cost to you. Simply present your card to the cashier when you pick up your vehicle and we’ll take care of the rest. You will be given a card when you purchase a new or pre-owned Chevrolet vehicle with us. Just another benefit of becoming a member of “Generation N”, the Norman Frede Chevrolet generation. Program Rules · Cards are initially set up with $250 SALES dollars, of which $50 can be used toward a new car purchase, up to $250 toward trade-in and up to $200 toward pre-owned purchase.
· Award dollars cannot be redeemed for cash.
· Any items purchased with the preferred card cannot be returned for cash. All returned items’ value will be applied to the preferred card.
· Your award dollars can only be used for retail purchases at Norman Frede Chevrolet.
· Award dollars cannot be used in conjunction with other specials and coupons.
· Customers utilizing GMS/Supplier purchase programs are not eligible to redeem sales rewards, but may utilize the service rewards program.
· Service rewards are earned on customer pay service and parts only. Factory or extended warranty repairs, insurance claims, or deductible charges are not eligible to earn rewards.
· Purchase of an extended service contract, or any cancellable product, is not eligible.
· Vehicle accessories, or installation of accessories, are not eligible.
· Preferred Owner awards are not transferrable.
· $300 maximum redemption or reward per service or sales transaction.
· Norman Frede Chevrolet reserves the right to suspend or discontinue the program at any time.
· Norman Frede Chevrolet may change the Preferred Owner rules, regulations, benefits and conditions of participation at any time without notice, even though changes may affect the value of dollars already awarded.
· Employees of Norman Frede Chevrolet are not eligible.
